Then we feel that the we were sitting in a car and it happened with our car because we feel the force by steering But we has started using these things long ago.

The interesting thing is that is not limited for the games. We also use in remote surgery by this the doctor's feels if he doing surgery a any of patient and he feels that he is involve in surgery and get the feedback.

first of all,you should know that the oils are of many types.
coconut oil, Ayurvedic oil, Bhringraj oil etc. 

this types of oils that give your hair various types of Nutrition.For Example:- you put many types of vegetables in your body and that vegetables gives you many types of Nutrition from every different vegetable.


In the same way you get a different kind of nutrition on your scalp.

(a) Keep Changing Up Your Oils.

(b) Oil your hair 2 to 3 times a week

But just make sure you do not have to be more than 3 times oiling.Otherwise you may be Dandruff.

(c) Heat the oil before using 

The advantage of this is that when you put hot oil on your scalp,your scalp hole will open slightly.your skin will little bit expand.So that oil will go inside your skin and give you nutrition from inside the skin.This will benefit your skin long term.

The advantage of long term means that your hair immunity will increase.There may be a problem on your skull in the long term like Fungal Infection and Bacteria Infection.
The advantage of oil is that it can remove those infections in the long term and you can make your hair stronger.

(d) Massage the Oil into Your Scalp

When you put oil on the scalp,you should massage the oil on the scalp.you should rub that oil on your scalp.
If you are doing massage then your blood circulation will increase and increasing blood circulation increases the health of your scalp.


If the health of your scalp increases then your hair too will increase.

(e) Experiment With Your Oil

Some people benefit from the 10 minute oiling and some people benefit from over night oiling.So you should first try 10 Minutes of oiling,then after 1 hour and then over night should be done.

(f) Wash your hair after oiling

After you apply the overnight oil,your hair should be immediately in the morning.If you keep that oil on your scalp then you can damage the hair, your holes of the scalp will be closed.the health of your scalp will be reduced a bit.

2. Cleanliness Rule

If you have to keep your hair clean and if you have to keep your scalp clean and if you have to improve your hair clean X factor.

So you should pay attention o Shampoo.there are very many teem stranger children who never shampoo on their hair and they later become very dandruff.
The 1st rule is:-

(a) In such a hot season every man in the world must do use Anti dandruff shampoo once a week.

(b) When you are not using anti-dandruff shampoo,you should use mild shampoo.

If your mother or Sister has a mild shampoo,you can use that shampoo too.and if you have to pay attention to which mild shampoo is right for your hair then the mild shampoo remains written on which hair is right for it.
you should see that my hair is such what should i take to improve my hair.shine will improve my hair? anti hair fall will improve my hair?That's way you should choose your mild shampoo.and if your hair is dry then you should use it.

(c) Conditioner

The advantage of Conditioner is it gives Nourishment and adds Moisture and little bit wet.How because this conditioner is the oil base.But the conditioner is not for your scalp if you put the conditioner on your scalp then your hole will be closed again.

We put the conditioner on our hair body.the advantage of the conditioner is when you leave it for 3 to 5 minutes on your hair.the benefit of any shampoo is only when we leave it for 3 to 5 minutes on your hair.

(d) Post Wash Routine

Suppose you wash your hair now how you can dry hair?you should never be forced to dry your hair,because your hair may be damaged , your scalp may be damaged.if you have to dry your hair then you should pat your hair comfortably.
The way we clean the hair of small children with towels,we should clean our hair.

(e) comb

If your hair is straight then you have to benefit of comb and if your hair is curly then you will not have any benefit of comb.The advantage of the comb is that it will bring your hair in shape.

(f) Miscellaneous Factors
there is of 2 types:-

(a) Light Hair Product:- Hair Cream, Hair Serum. You can put then in everyday.

(b) Heavy hair Product:- Hair Wax,Hair Gel, Hair Pomade.if you are use these product then they must be wash immediately after use.

In both case,you should take care that you do not have to put both products on your scalp.

What is RTGS and IMPS and Real difference between online fund transfer & how it's work?

If you ever transfer funds from one bank to another any bank then the bank can tell to you many ways either it will be IMPS or UPI or NPCI but wait,you have ever thought that if your fund is transferred
from one bank to another,it means that if you transfer funds from your SBI Bank to ICICI Bank,then it will be visible in your digital form.will show less in the bank,show more in another's bank,but how does it happen in physically form.
this means that all the funds transferred from SBI ti ICICI bank during the entire day will be transferred to ICICI Bank by a truck from SBI Bank at night.

So Let's Come on Friends ,I tell you How the fund transfer would be in Physical form one bank to another bank.
So first of all,We understand this,why the digital forms of fund transfer are all different.

1. IMPS ( Immediate Payment Service) :-

The IMPS is one way RTGS because it was operational since 2007 and it transfers funds in real time,how much funds can anyone transfer in real time and above this there is no dependency of bank holiday.

This RTGS bank has not created it, NPCI ( National Payments Corporation of India) has made it.It's sitting in an umbrella in a way that makes the whole bank come under it.

NPCI said to all the banker's all of you could do as much as you did.Now why do not you open your server and connect all your bank's to each other and let the IMPS above 2007 and if there is any further problem then my team is sitting,that will trigger that problem by the help of 2007 of trick's.This IMPS was launched in 2010,

So that all these banks had come to trust their system that you can transfer of real funds of any amount to people who are in the post-2007.
One thing to note about here is whether you take an IMPS or take an RTGS or take NEFT .this is all a beneficiary.

First of all, you have to enter the mobile number.after the process of 3 to 4 Hours,the number is activated after that funds can be transferred.you are waiting because if your account is hacked and add another account in you account and withdraw all money from your account or transfer your all money in other account and its happened that then you have to come a lot of notifications  and don't transfer of your funds within 12 hours.

it never happens manually this waiting time has been created so that your account can be prevented from hacking and the last update of all of this is till 2010.

2. UPI (Unified payments interface):-

It's sitting above the IMPS because it doesn't need anybody's bank account,n need of IFSC code and none of the mobile number of anyone.
This is an ID for this ID can connect to your bank and anytime you can transferred the funds by this ID because this ID transfer funds in real time.
NPCI manages all these and it has all the rights to do the transaction of IMPS.

this made the IMPS very enhance and gave the opportunity to the all developers.and after that there was come a lot of documentation of the UPI and then google and whats'app started be added from your account and transferred the funds from your account by one side to other side.

first you used the apps of banks and the net banking but now you don't have to use them because google and face-book now have this authority.

Now the question comes about how money transfers into physical form from one bank t another bank.

Many banks run here such as SBI, HDFC, ICICI and many banks and the boss of all these bank is RBI Bank.this means that all these banks have an account in RBI Bank.whatever we give to money of these banks,it is given to the RBI and RBI runs the currency and gives them money back RBI means (Reserve bank of India) and all the banks come under the RBI .

Just like we transfer money from 1 wallet to anther wallet of paytm,but the money remains in paytm,in the same way when we transfer money in banks,then all the money is stored in the RBI.because all these accounts are in RBI Bank.the whole thing is that if it gives money to the RBI,then RBI has money,that means money has changed in the digital form.

when SBI will go to RBI,how much money will the RBI give to SBI after taking money because that money has been transferred to the ICICI bank from the RBI and that money has turned into a digital form.

All the money that SBI and HDFC and ICICI bank have kept,all the money that they have been deducted is kept in the RBI Bank.and whenever a bank wants money,then they accept money from the local branch of RBI because RBI is an Intermediator ,among all the banks.

the RBI manages all these things.because their money is kept in the RBI and they get this money from the RBI in physical form.and if we go to deposit the real amount of money in our bank,then the bank keeps it with us and we make it into a digital form and tell how much money is in your account.if anyone wants to take money,then he will give the same money to him.and if there is more money, then it will be deposited in the RBI. either banks invest in different ways at different places.

So it is such that all the money we are giving will stand out of that branch and i will say that if the money i have deposited is to return my money,then the branch can not refund that money.because all those money was invested by the bankers.that's why they give lure to all people that you keep money for 1 year.you will get so much interest so that you will get savings.that means do not take money from them,keep them so that the money s to give someone in a loan,

So that money can earn the interest or not anywhere in which they could get money to them.so now-a-days digital things are being promoted more so that we do not pay attention to our real hard currency,whatever we work in it will be done in digital form.and if we digitize,then money will be invested only digital will be there from here.

Together the tight thing is that we have given all the features to RTGS and IMPS and NEFT etc.we have to transfer the money from one place to another place is what behind us what is going on .

1. NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) :- 

It was created in 2005 and the people who made it were able to run as much mind as they had  of resources and Servers and many things According to him,he thought that how many times he will have to work if a person is transferring funds from one bank to another bank.

So they thought that why not we make a bunch means it will become a bunch for fund transfer in 1 hour and after that which will be bunch we want to give ti the computer and the computer convert that bunch into a digital form.

That's why you take 2 to 4 hours to transfer funds through NEFT because when it was made in 2005 when there were resources on them,they thought that how many times we will transfer one to one.

So it is better that we make a bunch of 200,300 and 400 Funds and then will transferred.It's not that 2 to 4 hours take so that a person is sitting there and he/she is constantly transferring funds by clicking it's not happening in the digital from the computer and making the bunch here means that their resources will be saved.

Here the timing of NEFT also means that from 8 AM to 7 PM this means that you will be able to do that only when the working hours of the banks are not holidays.

This did because he didn't trust himself on his computer because if a lot of person transfer a lot of funds at night then they will have to work a lot early in the morning.

So he kept this in working hours so that if there were any problems then his team could stay in the bank and could easily monitor.

2. RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) :-

This means that if a person comes in 2005 and he tell to the bankers that i have to transfer Rs.2 Lack or Rs.4 Lack and the bankers says to person that it will take  Hours to 4 Hours Sp please do from To NEFT and in the front stay person say that i have to transfer the fund right now.

Then they have brainstormed that we transfer small funds and if there amount is above RS.2 Lack then they we have to give wait to others so they have made RTGS and it also made in 2005.

He made it that if a person is transferring funds above Rs.2 lack he should hand to hand transfer it to another's account and it also do in working hours of banks and RTGS is still going on because it has made good bonding with the people's.
