In such a situation ,the importance of your body is not and also the importance of your strength is not just your heart's importance.Stand up for the clear thoughts in your heart.
you Don't should be oversensitive means if sadness is come in your life you should not think much about it.You should not take of this sorrow in your body and you should keep your happiness as well.
Zen mentality teaches us that whatever comes in our life we should stay is stoic means take everything is coming and let it go when it comes let it when it goes let it and you will find peace.
The real man and the real alpha who maintain your peace of mind.if any negativity is comes in your life then treat is as a teacher learn what he wants to teach you and then move on and if happiness is comes in your life then just celebrate it and enjoy the happiness moment and move on.
