First of all,you should know that the bald is not a bad thing. Every men is going to be bald in his life one day.but if you will take care of your hair and you will take the right steps for hair health and scalp then your baldness will be delayed for a long time.
If you use these 5 methods then the hair will never break in your life and neither will be quick white.So we talk about tip Number 1 that we have given to the Indian Society.
1. Oil Your Hair
If you want to make your hair strong,make it thick So you should know that there are 2 types of hair Health.
(a) Scalp Health
What is the scalp? the scalp is the skin on your head. It's very important type of health.
(b) Hair Body Health
What is the body of hair health? This is body of hair Health.
Just as we put fertilizer on the earth,in the same way we should put fertilizer in hair skin and the fertilizer is oil.Now i tell the process of oiling.
first of all,you should know that the oils are of many types.
coconut oil, Ayurvedic oil, Bhringraj oil etc.
this types of oils that give your hair various types of Nutrition.For Example:- you put many types of vegetables in your body and that vegetables gives you many types of Nutrition from every different vegetable.
In the same way you get a different kind of nutrition on your scalp.
(a) Keep Changing Up Your Oils.
(b) Oil your hair 2 to 3 times a week
But just make sure you do not have to be more than 3 times oiling.Otherwise you may be Dandruff.
(c) Heat the oil before using
The advantage of this is that when you put hot oil on your scalp,your scalp hole will open slightly.your skin will little bit expand.So that oil will go inside your skin and give you nutrition from inside the skin.This will benefit your skin long term.
The advantage of long term means that your hair immunity will increase.There may be a problem on your skull in the long term like Fungal Infection and Bacteria Infection.
The advantage of oil is that it can remove those infections in the long term and you can make your hair stronger.
(d) Massage the Oil into Your Scalp
When you put oil on the scalp,you should massage the oil on the scalp.you should rub that oil on your scalp.
If you are doing massage then your blood circulation will increase and increasing blood circulation increases the health of your scalp.
If the health of your scalp increases then your hair too will increase.
(e) Experiment With Your Oil
Some people benefit from the 10 minute oiling and some people benefit from over night oiling.So you should first try 10 Minutes of oiling,then after 1 hour and then over night should be done.
(f) Wash your hair after oiling
After you apply the overnight oil,your hair should be immediately in the morning.If you keep that oil on your scalp then you can damage the hair, your holes of the scalp will be closed.the health of your scalp will be reduced a bit.
2. Cleanliness Rule
If you have to keep your hair clean and if you have to keep your scalp clean and if you have to improve your hair clean X factor.
So you should pay attention o Shampoo.there are very many teem stranger children who never shampoo on their hair and they later become very dandruff.
The 1st rule is:-
(a) In such a hot season every man in the world must do use Anti dandruff shampoo once a week.
(b) When you are not using anti-dandruff shampoo,you should use mild shampoo.
If your mother or Sister has a mild shampoo,you can use that shampoo too.and if you have to pay attention to which mild shampoo is right for your hair then the mild shampoo remains written on which hair is right for it.
you should see that my hair is such what should i take to improve my hair.shine will improve my hair? anti hair fall will improve my hair?That's way you should choose your mild shampoo.and if your hair is dry then you should use it.
(c) Conditioner
The advantage of Conditioner is it gives Nourishment and adds Moisture and little bit wet.How because this conditioner is the oil base.But the conditioner is not for your scalp if you put the conditioner on your scalp then your hole will be closed again.
We put the conditioner on our hair body.the advantage of the conditioner is when you leave it for 3 to 5 minutes on your hair.the benefit of any shampoo is only when we leave it for 3 to 5 minutes on your hair.
(d) Post Wash Routine
Suppose you wash your hair now how you can dry hair?you should never be forced to dry your hair,because your hair may be damaged , your scalp may be damaged.if you have to dry your hair then you should pat your hair comfortably.
The way we clean the hair of small children with towels,we should clean our hair.
(e) comb
If your hair is straight then you have to benefit of comb and if your hair is curly then you will not have any benefit of comb.The advantage of the comb is that it will bring your hair in shape.
(f) Miscellaneous Factors
there is of 2 types:-
(a) Light Hair Product:- Hair Cream, Hair Serum. You can put then in everyday.
(b) Heavy hair Product:- Hair Wax,Hair Gel, Hair Pomade.if you are use these product then they must be wash immediately after use.
In both case,you should take care that you do not have to put both products on your scalp.
